Carrot Cake 

Our traditional American carrot cake, made with cinnamon, raisin, walnuts, orange and of course, carrot, is delicious for a morning or afternoon coffee/tea break. Double or Triple layered with cream cheese frosting and topped with orange frosting in London and fresh orange rind, it’s a tropical treat!  Outside London, the cake is double layered and decorated with hard fondant icing.
