Orders

In all cases, it is the SOLE responsibility of the sender to make sure that the person is available to receive the gift. There will be no refunds made in such circumstances.

Incorrect or insufficient delivery details can result in late or non-delivery of orders. In such circumstances, we will try to remedy the situation as best as possible. However, there will be NO REFUNDS made in such circumstances.

Delivery will be made on the specified date and signature is mandatory.

If the recipient is not in, we will attempt to leave the order with a neighbour.

The order can also be left, without a signature, eg on the porch, garden etc only if specific instructions are given at the time of ordering.

If a neighbour is not available, the order will be brought back to the depot and automatic re-delivery made on the next working day.

If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the order will be kept in the depot for one more working day, awaiting contact from the recipient. After this time, the product will be destroyed.

In case of deliveries being made to Business, Hospital or Hotel addresses, we can only deliver to receptions, post rooms, or receiving bays. For security reasons, we are not allowed to deliver direct to hospital wards, business departments or hotel rooms.

Orders must be received by 5pm for guaranteed next day delivery in London and by 1pm for outside London.

Orders for delivery on Saturday must be received before 4pm on Friday. All orders received after 4pm will be delivered at the next available date. Please allow for one extra working day during December. We cannot specify a time unless requested at time of ordering and a surcharge will apply.

Any re-direction costs incurred will be charged.

Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

No deliveries made on Sundays & UK Public holidays.

Cancellations/Amendments

If for any reason you wish to amend or cancel your order you can do so by calling 0044 (0)20 7586 0070 or email sales@beverlyhillsbakery.com - please give at least 48 hours notice from requested date of delivery. We regret that you may not cancel an order that has already been despatched. You are entitled to cancel any order where fraudulent use of your credit or debit card by a person not acting on your behalf or as your agent.

Our customer’s satisfaction is of key importance to us and we will deal with any complaints in an efficient and thoughtful manner.

Due to the perishable nature of the products and in order to assist you to resolve matters swiftly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make your complaint within one working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery date.

Disclaimer

Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or the receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s). We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
